At SPS FURNITURE, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized furniture courier will contact you within 3-5 business days to arrange a convenient time to collect the return from your home.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 days.
